There is more to this life than what we usually perceive.

A quieter layer. A deeper rhythm.
A way of experiencing the world that feels richer & more connected.

Sacred Alchemy is an invitation into that dimension.

Through daily yoga, elemental practices, ancient rituals, workshops and subtle body exploration, you will begin to experience life beyond the surface.

The immersion you experience in an Indian ashram cannot be compared to anything else.
Its intensity, its depth, its simplicity – it allows a level of presence that is rarely accessible in everyday life.

Rooted in the philosophy of “Simple living, higher thinking,” the Eco village which is the home of this ashram, offers a space free from distractions, yet deeply supportive and comfortable.

This place offers a rare combination: an environment that is both authentic in its essence and at the same time comfortable for people ready to experience India for the first time.

After the programm you return to the same life back home  – only with a deeper way of experiencing it.

Тhe Elements

Sacred Alchemy in Practice

Each day is devoted to one of the five elements:

Earth. Water. Fire. Air. Ether.

These are the very foundations of your body, your energy and your inner world.

Through guided movement, breathwork, rituals and direct experience,
you will explore how each element expresses itself within you.

Grounding into stability.
Flowing with emotion.
Igniting inner fire.
Opening into lightness.
Expanding into space.

This is where the essence of Sacred Alchemy unfolds:
the transformation that happens when awareness meets experience.

As you move through the elements,
you begin to sense a subtle shift: a deeper connection between your inner and outer reality.

YOUR HOST: DANIELLE

Yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner and devoted student of the yogic path.

For over a decade, yoga has shaped my life as a way of experiencing the world with greater depth, awareness and presence.

Trained in traditional ashrams in Kerala and Maharashtra and returning regularly to India, I teach authentic Hatha Yoga thoughtfully adapted for modern life. My work combines ancient practices with a grounded, accessible approach that allows people to integrate these experiences into everyday living.

Alongside yoga, I have trained extensively in sound healing with multiple teachers, weaving therapeutic sound into my sessions to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and inner transformation.

Before fully dedicating myself to this path, I have spent aorund 10 years working in the corporate world with international brands and global teams. This experience shaped my sense of structure, clarity and process integration – qualities that now allow me to create retreat spaces that feel both deeply immersive and thoughtfully held.

Having lived across Europe, Russia, Alaska, Costa Rica and beyond, my perspective has been shaped by cultural exploration, curiosity and a deep love for freedom.

Govardhan Eco Village holds a very special place in my heart.
It is a place I returns to year after year – a sanctuary that has become deeply connected to my personal and spiritual journey and where many of my teachers are based.

For this reason, Sacred Alchemy is a genuine invitation into a place that has profoundly shaped my own path.

Receiving the allocation for these rooms and being able to share this experience with others is something I feel deeply grateful and happy about.

WHAT GUESTS AND STUDENTS SAY:

The Location — Govardhan Eco Village in Maharashtra, India

Sacred Alchemy takes place at Govardhan Eco Village: a unique spiritual and ecological sanctuary nestled in the Sahyadri mountains of Maharashtra. Guided by the philosophy of “Simple Living, Higher Thinking,” Govardhan Eco Village brings together spirituality, sustainability, yoga, Ayurveda and conscious living.

Surrounded by nature, sacred spaces, temples, gardens, cows and eco-conscious architecture, the atmosphere naturally invites a slower rhythm, deeper presence and meaningful reflection.

Unlike a typical retreat venue, this is a living spiritual community – a place where ancient wisdom is integrated into everyday life.

Throughout your stay, you will experience the unique energy of the ashram through morning practices, rituals, sound healing, nourishing food and moments of stillness woven into the natural flow of the environment.

all of these pictures were taken by me, no stock fotos here – keeping it real 🙂

You will stay in comfortable eco-friendly rooms within a beautiful building on the ashram grounds, offering a rare combination of authenticity, simplicity and comfort.

For your meals, you will have the freedom to choose between three different restaurants within the village: an authentic Ayurvedic restaurant, Govinda’s — the well-known vegetarian restaurant chain and a more casual restaurant offering a wider variety of local dishes.
