Under the energy of the Full Moon, we gather to open the heart, dissolve inner limitations and reconnect with ourselves. Through intention setting, meditation, ceremonial cacao and immersive sound healing, this ceremony offers a gentle reset for the nervous system, emotions and subtle body.
This ceremony is for those who feel called to:
• Reconnect with the heart and intuition
• Cultivate clarity and openness
• Experience deep rest and nervous system regulation
Suitable for all levels. No previous experience with meditation required.
Please inform us in advance if you are:
• Pregnant or nursing
• Taking medication (especially MAOIs or SSRIs)
• Experiencing heart conditions or food allergies
Danielle is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and sound healer, trained in traditional ashrams in Kerala and Maharashtra, India. Rooted in authentic Yoga, her practice blends yogic philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, meditation and subtle energy work. She weaves grounded somatic awareness with layered soundscapes, guiding deep relaxation and inner alignment.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your sleeping mask for a deeper experience.
You are welcome to bring your favorite blanket for extra comfort <3
You can also bring a personal item to be “charged” during the ceremony — a piece of jewelry, a candle or any small object that holds meaning for you.
It is recommended to avoid heavy meals (light snacks are fine) and coffee beforehand.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle into the space.

100% ceremonial grade cacao from Costa Rica, water and small snacks are included in the price.
